I waited 3 months to post my review and had to edit the... review because my car has the same codes that came on today. I paid over 4000 dollars to have it fixed and the codes came back on and I called the shop to let them know and the mechanic said might not be covered under warranty. ????????read more

Franz And the team at driven Chantilly were more than... amazing. I don’t normally say this about car shops, but these guys were courteous and very helpful every step of the way I went to get a rental while my car was getting fixed, and I mentioned it to the agent at enterprise and the first thing he said to me was driven is where him and his family take their cars and said they are more than amazing. I felt good hearing that since this was the first time bringing my car to them, but will definitely not be the last thank you for being honest and professional.read more

My truck broke down while traveling for work. Driven was... the closest shop. Tow truck got me there right at closing time but they stayed late and called me at 7 with a plan for the morning. They jumped on it the next morning and called again with a detailed diagnosis and price. I was back in the road by 1:00 pm.Thank you!read more

I found them on Google. I was greeted with amazing customer... service and it took about 1 hour to do a state inspection and emissions test. Which I thought was pretty quick for a walk in on a Saturday. Everyone I encountered was very nice and I will definitely be back.read more

Had a Bad experience doing the State(VA) inspection. Had to... pay twice for doing the same State inspection. They failed me the State(VA) inspection even though the light (brake light) is still working citing it’s going to be not working in the future. The replacement part came in late and re-inspection couldn’t be completed within 2 weeks. No one was advised me on that in advance. Not recommending to go this place for State inspection.read more

I must say this that was my old shop from 2000 until driven... took over first let me say there great im glad someone took over my old shop I wanted to keep it ..they took it over and built it I love the fact all master mechanic people can come to them for a trusted repair and I know there building it up ...I needed 4 tires and an alignment on my nephews car I dropped it off out of the blue next morning it was fixed right and fast great job driven auto yall the best im glad for fast accuracy return ...I will send people your way .. for sure to all my old master mechanic people I hope u like these new people service... I first went here to get my steering column fixed on my... truck. They were able to do that but the steering wheel was not put on straight. I then brought it to them another time and said that the airbag light was on and horn wasn’t working and that I thought the clock spring was broken. After 2 weeks of them not fixing anything because they weren’t able to get parts I went to pick up my truck. They charged me $147 in diagnostic labor even though I already knew the clock spring was broken. The staff is friendly but I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Overcharge for poor work.read more

When Driven took over the shop, I'll admit I was a little nervous but they have blown me away with their service and professionalism. If you are looking for a car mechanic, look no further.Roger, the General Manager, is fantastic. Every interaction I've ever had with him has been positive and informative. He is an honest, down to earth, good person who does business the right way. We have my car and my wife's car serviced there and we always go with their advice. Both cars are running strong. I had an issue with my starter and radiator hoses with my... car, which became a costly repair due to how difficult it was to get to those parts in order to do the repair. Roger was kind enough to be transparent with me in weighing my options whether to do the repair or replace a somewhat old vehicle. At no time, did I feel pressured to do the repair. Brought my car in during May 2022 due to a persistent... rattling noise. Scheduling the appointment was easy and all staff were always professional. Staff were very thorough in diagnosing the problem. The noise was addressed with no problems at all. They were able to apply our Maxcare warranty smoothly. Due to scheduling, we had dropped off and picked up the car minutes before closing. I never felt rushed or talked down to. I had a great experience with them! They did a really great... job all around. The staff was respectful and honest and the work was high quality and efficient. I would definitely recommend using them. If you're in need of a tow and need repairs done in a timely and professional manner?, "These are the guys to call ?" Since getting my truck worked on it has driven like brand new! I am very impressed. My truck has 206,000+ miles on it and after replacing the CHT Sensor, the ignition coils, and the sparks plugs, it now feels like a brand new truck!! They also inspected the truck for me while doing the tune up and oil change. They get 5 stars from me!! If your reading this and need repairs or diagnostics, call them!!read more

I came in here this past Wednesday when my car was making... noises. After one of the employees took it for a ride, they let me in their garage and showed me all the problems on my car (exhaust, stabilizer bars, and a cracking belt). I've never had a mechanic do that for me before, so I am very happy with their honesty and transparency about the repairs I needed.All the repairs were completed by 2pm the same day, and I was charged almost exactly what they quoted me for. I will be coming here the next time I need another repair. The quality, speed, and communication here made this one of the best car repair experiences I've ever had!read more

These aren’t mechanics. They are angels sent from God.I... was driving back to Texas from NJ in a 2014 GMC Acadia with 190K miles on it. My transmission went out a few miles from their shop and managed to limp in.It seems as though expensive challenges pop up for me at a time when I can least afford them. Roger and Manny could have easily taken advantage of my situation. Being the consummate professionals they are, they found a solution for me and also replaced a wheel bearing so I could get home safely.My vehicle drives better now then the day I bought it. I brought my car in for a noise I would hear from the front... end. The noise only happened randomly so I said I hope you can find it. I also noticed my temp gauge was a bit higher than normal. Driven Auto drove my car and heard the noise and search and searched and found the issue. They also discovered a tiny leak in my radiator. I got the car back as promised and we are back on the road. Roger's services are top notch. We had one of our work... trucks break down with a busted radiator. Shortly after talking to Roger he had a tow truck there within 15 minutes. Roger also understands we have a very demanding work schedule and knew we needed back quickly. Roger was incredible to work with. Professional,... understanding, kind and he truly cared about my repair needs. He even went so far as to negotiate with my extended warranty company to get the best deal possible for the parts I needed and helped me get them under warranty. My shifter assembly needed to be replaced and He got my car up and running in less than a week and it feels just as good, if not better than before.
